Does it cost homeowners anything?
No. It's free for homeowners. The contractor may pay Hudson Ally a referral fee, and they won't charge you for the referral.
Who will you share my details with?
One local contractor for your trade and town, and only after you've ticked the consent box. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Do you do the work, or give quotes?
No. Hudson Ally is a referral service. The contractor gives the estimate, and the price and the job are between you and them. We don't handle insurance claims.
What areas do you cover?
Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties in New York. Dutchess County on request.
I'm a contractor. Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No monthly retainer. It's a simple one-page, month-to-month agreement: first 3 leads free, then a set fee per booked estimate. Either side can stop with 30 days' notice by email.
Where do the leads come from?
Homeowners in local Hudson Valley groups and this website who ask for a contractor. We confirm each one wants to be contacted before passing it on.
